  Awesome service! The system had gone down on the register and it took a minute for everyone's food to be rung up, but no one missed a beat. It was lunch time, there was a line when I came in, however the two ladies preparing the food we're extremely courteous, had everyone's food fixed quickly. Both ladies were in sync greeting every person that came in. The manager at the register had a rough time due to the system error however it was not in his control, he was just as courteous and moved as quickly as he could. Not to mention my sandwich was the bomb, best subway sandwich I had in awhile. Thanks guys! I will be returning!

  I placed my order on the app and was called to tell me that they didn't have the corned beef. Ok no big deal. They said I'd have to wait 15 minutes for them to open. They finally open and call me to tell me they only have 2 kinds of bread, I ask for a refund. The lady gets rude and says she'll have to call a manager and call me back. She calls and tells me that "no, we don't get the money from that so you'll have to go through them". I say fine use white bread. I go in and only then does she start assembling. At one point she adds literally 3 slices of black olives per 6". I ask her for more as I ordered extra. She tells me "you can't get just whatever, we're only allowed to add 6 slices". I explain that I come here around once or twice a week and no one has ever told me I can only have 3 slices per 6" and that she's being silly. She says "whatever sir, that's the formula". Krystal is unbelievably rude and I will not be coming back. So I can't get what I order, cant even pick my bread, can't get a refund, can't get normal toppings and I'm told "whatever"? I also note that one of the "5 star reviews" is even from her on her own location. What a joke.

  This location has the worst service in general. On 07-23-16 I stopped by to get something to eat, the time was 9:54 PM. Online it says this location closes at 11:00 PM. Before I could get to the door good some woman says, " ain't no food in there baby we closed". Mind you it's 9:54 PM so even if they closed at 10:00 PM I should have been served. I will NEVER visit this location EVER again and will steer anyone I know to NEVER dine here as well.
